Vehicle Rc ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when using our mobile application.

"Vehicle Rc is your all-in-one digital companion for seamless vehicle management. From instant RC details to effortless tracking, we're making vehicle management simple, transparent, and accessible for everyone."

1. Information We Collect

Our app functions primarily through user-provided data and documents. We collect:

• Document Uploads: Images of Registration Certificates (RC), Insurance policies, and vehicle photographs uploaded by you.
• Extracted Data: Information retrieved from your uploaded documents via Optical Character Recognition (OCR), including owner name, vehicle class, fuel type, and expiry dates.
• Manual Entries: Any details you manually input or edit to complete your vehicle profile.

2. Data Sourcing and Processing

No Third-Party APIs: Unlike other services, Vehicle Rc does not fetch data from third-party vehicle databases or government APIs. All vehicle information displayed is derived strictly from the documents you upload and the data you provide.

Data Integrity and Edits:

• Users have the ability to edit vehicle details after they are fetched from an uploaded RC to ensure information is up-to-date.
• Strict Validation: For security and data integrity, the Vehicle Registration Number provided in the input field must match the Registration Number present on the uploaded RC document.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide a digital dashboard for managing your vehicle documents.
• To facilitate easy tracking of insurance renewals and vehicle milestones.
• To ensure data accuracy through our document-matching validation system.

4. Storage and Security

We prioritize the security of your sensitive documents. Uploaded images and extracted data are stored using industry-standard encryption. We do not sell or share your vehicle documents or personal images with third-party marketing agencies.
